The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of writ nature of mandamus for direction to the Respondents to allow for her duty on the post of the Asha Worker as she has been selected by the selection committee and issued selection letter dated 20.07.2019.
(ii) For further issue direction to Respondents for considering her application dated
Patna High Court CWJC No.3732 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 01.12.2023 and 23.08.2023 which is pending for due consideration.
(iii) For further give other legal consequential benefit to the petitioner to the post."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
