2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amhara P.S. Case No. 52 of 2024 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352 and 3/5 of the B.N.S. Act, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.").
3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including the present petitioner assaulted the son and daughter of the informant by means of knife during which the informant's daughter Shabnam Kumari sustained grievous injury on her back.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16550 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 2/3 petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to local politics. He submits that there is case and counter case attributed between the parties. He next submits that both of cases the parties being neighbour. Petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the petition.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposes the prayer for bail.

From perusal of the FIR, injury report which has been filed on behalf of the petitioner and also perused the impugned order dated 29.01.2025 passed by the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-1st-cum-Special Judge, SC/ST, Act, Lakhisarai, it appears that on the basis of written report of the informant Srikant Saw, FIR has been lodged under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352 and 3/5 of the B.N.S. Act, 2023 against five accused persons. The allegation against the petitioner is specific that he assaulted the daughter of the informant Shabnam Kumar on her back with knife. From perusal of the said injury report, it also appears that five incise wound has been found on the body of Ranju Devi, wife of the informant and one incise would had been found on the body of the daughter of the informant which is 1'' long and 1/4' deep caused by hard and blunt substance, so consider all aspects of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16550 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 3/3 the case, weapon used in the occurrence and the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged commission of offence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner.
