The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 923 of 2009 registered for the offence under Sections-323, 377, 511, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner happens to be agnate of complainant and the complainant has, specifically, admitted the aforesaid fact in his statement. Moreover, the complainant has also admitted that only his pant was removed.
