The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case in which processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of killing the victim after one year of the marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. The case was instituted in 2003 hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6905 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2015 connection with Begusarai Rail P.S. Case No. 02 of 2003, pending in the court of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Barauni.
