The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 287 of 2018 dated 16.09.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 504, 506, 379, 325, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant in first instance by a hard and blunt substance but the aforesaid assault resulted in simple injuries to him. Later, the informant was assaulted by another accused person causing grievous injuries to him. The case has been lodged after three days of the occurrence and there is a counter version of the occurrence as well. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and

No.11727 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 taking into account the clean antecedent of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 287 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
