The present writ petition is preferred for: for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 14.7.2014 Passed by Learned Chairman the Bihar Land Tribunal Patna in BLT Case No 391/2013 by which order Learned Chairman has been pleased to set a side the order dated 1.11.2007 Passed by the Joint Director Consolidation Muzaffarpur in Revision Case

Patna High Court CWJC No.15598 of 2016(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 No 596/1984 and order Passed by Deputy Director Consolidation Samastipur as well as Consolidation Officer Kalyanpur are affirmed.

3. It has informed by learned Surya Narayan Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner that the sole petitioner is no more and as such heirs be granted liberty to file afresh, if they so want.

4. State has no objection.

5. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
