Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,365 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the kidnapping of the son of the informant is against unknown. Subsequently, the victim of kidnapping was murdered.

Submission is that considering the material in the case diary, similarly situated co-accused Dinesh Tanti has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2. Chargesheet has already been submitted in this case and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11386 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Pipra Police Station Case No.108 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
