JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Karja PS Case No. 156 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 376, 324, 326, 379 and 506 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that Chhotu Quraishi saw the petitioner in compromising position with Sahana Khatoon. A panchayati was held and the petitioner was directed to marry with the said lady but he refused and assaulted the informant side. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that it was a consensual relationship, the lady was adult, only because it was seen by some person therefore this case was lodged, the petitioner's side had also lodged case against the informant side and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Md. Asgar Quraishi @ Md. Asgar Querasi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM 2nd (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja PS Case No. 156 of 2017.
