JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504, 354(A)(i), 354B/34, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioners caught hold the hand of the informant and started misbehaving and when the victim started fleeing away from there then petitioner no.2 striped her clothes. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 08.12.2014, the FIR has been registered on 11.12.2014 and the father of petitioner no.2 filed a case before the Gram Kachahari, Maheshpur vide Case No. 06 of 2014 against the husband of the informant and others for the participation of the land and thereafter the present case has been lodged as a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10332 of 2015 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 retaliatory measure. It is further submitted that no noticeable injury has been found on the person of the informant when other co-accused have been anticipatory granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 5821 of 2015.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 44 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
