The petitioner has prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation in the FIR, while the informant was returning from jewelry shop, four accused persons intercepted him and snatched his bag containing ornaments and took Rs. 110000/- from his pocket. It is further alleged that they fired upon the leg of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Neither the petitioner was named in the FIR nor he was put on TIP.

The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 418 of 2020.
