JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 23-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Mairwa P.S. Case No. 67 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-272, 273, 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-30(A), 37(B), 41(i) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Act.

It is alleged that 40 litres of Mahua liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

From the impugned order, it appears that the petitioner is in custody since 25-03-2017. In paragraph-3, it has been mentioned that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In such circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
