Versus

1. The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Raj Dular Sah For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Sri S. Ehteshamuddin ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Heard both sides.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Begusarai Sadar P.S. case No. 510 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Section 353 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The gist of the allegation is that petitioner entered into 33/11 KV power sub station and abused the officials present there. The petitioner forcibly shut the feeder and asked the officials present there to connect feeder No.3 from Sarvodaya Nagar where the petitioner is residing.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that wife of the petitioner is ward councilor and informant came to the area of wife of petitioner and requested him to help in collection of revenue that is why the informant lodged this case but I find

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17916 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 that it is sheer case of hooliganism. The petitioner entered into power sub station and closed the feeder and forced the officials present there to connect Sarvodaya Nagar from feeder No.3. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
