The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 290 of the Indian Penal Code 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 Submission is that liquor was recovered from a truck and a bolero vehicles which are not of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 22.01.2019 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12926 of 2019(3) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Maffasil(Singhaul) P.S. Case No.36 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
