JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-05-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Vide order dated 06.01.2022 in Cr. Misc No. 1014 of 2021, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail. In compliance of that order the petitioner was to surrender before the court below within four weeks form the date of communication of the order dated 06.01.2022.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner was under medical treatment and it was the reason that he could not surrender before the court below. In support of his submission some medical papers have been filed. Considering the above-mentioned facts and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20599 of 2022(2) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 circumstances, the time limit of four weeks to surrender before the court below granted vide order dated 06.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 1014 of 2021 is extended for two weeks from today on the condition that the petitioner on his surrender shall deposit a cost of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) in the account of District Legal Services Authority.

With these observations, this modification petition is allowed.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U
