Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are under suspicion to have committed murder of the father of the informant, as there was love affairs between the son of the deceased and daughter of co-accused Birendra Singh. Submission is that the FIR was lodged on recovery of dead body. There is no eye witness of the occurrence and very weak circumstantial evidence is there against the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15945 of 2018 (2) dt.21-03-2018 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sahar Police Station Case No.64 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
