The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 28 of 2017, registered under Section 30(A), 38(i)(ii) and 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of 35 bottles, each containing 300 ML Nepali wine kept in a plastic bag to the cattle shed of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 02.04.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten
