Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 25.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.63035 of 2018 .

The petitioner has been made accused on the basis of confessional statement.

Earlier while refusing the bail to the petitioner, observation was made that once the charge-sheet has been submitted, he may move before the learned court below. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that prayer for bail of the petitioner was again rejected by the learned Sessions Judge on the ground that apart from the confessional statement, the CDR and the the CAF show that the mobile with SIM which was belonged to the co-

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Khagaria in connection with S.T.No.01 of 2019 arising out of Maheshkhunt P.S.Case No.169 of 2017with condition that he will co-operate in disposal of the trial and will also appear as and when required by the learned court below; otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
