2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for commanding the respondent authorities to decide the pending representation of transfer of the petitioner dated 03.06.2023 and 09.06.2025 for transfer of the petitioner from Community Health Centre, Gorari to Nalanda Medical

Patna High Court CWJC No.3913 of 2026(2) dt.23-03-2026 2/3 College and Hospital, Patna and/or any other Health Centre situated in town area of Patna District on the ground of medical urgency in accordance with law in the interest of justice.

(ii) And/or any other relief/reliefs admissible under the law in the light of facts and Circumstance of this case in the interest of justice."

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the contents of the petition, in view of the nature of the prayer made in the instant case, the writ application is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Additional Chief Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar (respondent no. 2) within a period of three weeks.

4. In case such a representation is filed, the respondent no. 2 shall consider the same in accordance with law and decide the same within a period of two months from the date of its filing.

5. Appropriate order shall be passed taking into consideration the averments made in the representation as also the documents/medical certificates etc enclosed therein and the result thereof shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.

6. The writ application stands disposed of with the above observations and directions.
