====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 20-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner has filed the present writ application for proper investigation in respect of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 44 of 2019 under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel submits that as per his knowledge even after four years police report has not been submitted in this case. Counsel for the State submits that this case may be disposed of in the light of the order passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 (Surendra Singh Vrs. State of Bihar & Ors.) and analogous cases decided on 09.09.2022 This writ application is disposed off with liberty to

No. 153 of 2017 (Surendra Singh Vrs. State of Bihar & Ors.) and analogous cases decided on 09.09.2022 within four weeks from today and the Superintendent of Police shall consider the representation and take appropriate action.
