Learned counsel appearing for the Bihar State Bar Council submits that in the complaint made against the respondent no. 4, notice has been issued to the Dalsinghsarai Sub Divisional Advocate Association, District-Samastipur as well as two other persons, who are alleged to have signed the Vakalatnama, along with the respondent no. 4, giving them one month to reply. In view of the Bihar State Bar Council having initiated action, the Court does not deem it necessary to keep the present matter pending.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off
