JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2019 The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No. 18 of 2019 registered under Sections 304B and 498A/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be the married Nanad, is of dowry death.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that allegation against the petitioner is of general and omnibus and she had already married in 2001 and is living separately. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
