This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, charge sheet has been submitted under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The first information report of road robbery is against unknown. Name of the petitioner transpired after 42 days of the occurrence in the confessional statement of the co-accused.

Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2016. However, he has not been put on test identification parade nor anything has been recovered from his possession and co-accused, Wazul Haque Ansari, has already been allowed regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 9222 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24031 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 111 of 2017 arising out of Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 182 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional District & Sessions Judge, IV, Rohtas at Sararam, or successor Court.
