2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 05.07.2018 passed in CWJC No. 10086 of 2017, wherein, PDS licence of the petitioner was directed to be restored until fresh orders are passed in the matter.

3. Opposite party No. 2 has filed a show cause, wherein, it has been stated that in compliance of the order passed by this Court in the writ petition, PDS licence of the

Patna High Court MJC No.647 of 2019(5) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 petitioner was restored.

4. On perusal of the show cause filed by the opposite party No. 2, I find that the order dated 05.07.2018 passed in CWJC No. 10086 of 2017 has been duly complied with by the respondents.

5. In view of the above, this contempt application stands closed and disposed of.
