JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2017 This Criminal Miscellaneous application has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16647 of 2017 in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 600 of 2016 by submitting that due to typographical mistake in the prayer portion of the bail application to the satisfaction of learned Addl. C. J. M., Nawgachhia has been typed which should have been Addl. C.J.M., Bhagalpur.

Under the circumstances, the order dated 28.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16647 of 2017 is modified to the extent that in the last paragraph of that order to the satisfaction of 'learned A.C.J.M., Nawgachhia' be read as 'learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur' and other terms and condition will remain same. In the result, this modification application is hereby allowed.
