JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL JUDGMENT 23-03-2015 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has retired on 30.11.2012 and has still not been paid his entire retirement benefit inasmuch as he has certain grievance with regard to short payment of Gratuity and the total of amount of G.P.F., this Court would direct the respondent authroity to ensure that the amount of G.P.F. with interest, from the date of his entitlement to the date of payment as also the balance amount of Gratuity of the petitioner, must be paid within a period of two months from today.

2. Let it be made clear that the prayer of the petitioner for making payment of benefit of fixation with effect from 01.04.2007 in terms of 6th Pay Commission being not a retirement benefit, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction of the same.
