The petitioner has been in custody since 11.12.2017 in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 347 of 2017 for the offence registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been named as an accused in the present case only on the basis of suspicion and there is no cogent material to implicate her. It is further submitted that the deceased was found dead inside the vehicle near Shastri Nagar, Gaya. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has been implicated in this case on mere suspicion, let the petitioner, above named, be released on
