2. The present petition has been preferred for the restoration of CWJC No. 2787 of 2018 dismissed on 09.03.2018 due to non-prosecution.

3. The reason has been assigned in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the petition.

4. In that view of the matter, the same is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 1,000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of two weeks from today.
