ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No.13 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a peculiar dispute between the mother and daughter alleging that the daughter has misappropriated money after selling the land belonging to the mother.

Considering the peculiar nature of allegations, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7922 of 2015 (3) dt.14-09-2015 2/2 before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Syed Qatar Hassan Rizvi, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya, in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No.13 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
