The petitioner in the present writ application has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents for removal the encroachment bearing Khata No. 802, Plot No. 2010, under the Village of Siswa Maldahiya, Anchal Harsiddhi, District

(ii) For any other relief/s which the petitioner is legally entitled."

3. At the outset, the petitioner confines his prayer for consideration of his representation by the respondent authorities.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no. 4, the Circle Officer, Harsiddhi, District East Champaran to consider and disposed of the representation dated 12.06.2024 filed by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks.
