The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Forbesganj P.S. Case no. 627/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(x)(xv) of the SC/ST Act.

The informant is the Assistant Controller in Bihar Electric Power holding Company. Petitioner no. 2, Sanjeev Kumar Sharma is the Assistant Controller working on contract basis in the same power holding company and Petitioner no. 1 is the wife of Petitioner no.2. The informant made allegation that Petitioner no. 1 picked up quarrel with his wife.

No.15000 of 2015 (2) dt.12-05-2015 2/2 From perusal of the contents of the FIR itself, it appears that the complainant has used filthy and vulgar language against Petitioner no. 1 whose husband is an employee of the company and working along with Petitioner no.2. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 627/14, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
