The petitioner seeks bail in Delha P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 and 201 of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. The informant has subsequently compromised the case with petitioner. In the written report the informant has raised suspicion against Anshu Kumar that he along with his other friends has committed murder of his son namely Vishal.

Petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2018 having clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11459 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIIth, Gaya, in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
