The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 401, 413, 414, 34, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner was apprehended with stolen motorcycle.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the motorcycle in question belongs to the petitioner himself, but at the relevant time, petitioner was not in possession of relevant papers and he is in custody since 31.08.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sherghati, District - Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S.
