JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD) 03-03-2021 This application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 13254 of 2018 which stood dismissed for noncompliance of the order dated 11.07.2018. We notice that by order dated 11.07.2018, this Court had been pleased to grant one week time to the petitioner to remove the objections. That was a peremptory order which the petitioner failed to comply with, as a result of which, the writ application was dismissed.

For the reasons stated in the restoration application, we restore C.W.J.C. No. 13254 of 2018 to its original file and

Patna High Court MJC No.640 of 2019(2) dt.03-03-2021 2/2 grant four weeks' further time to the petitioner to remove the defects pointed out by the office in the said writ application. If the defects are removed, the matter shall be listed on its turn.
