2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 294, 323, 354, 506 and 506 of the IPC, Section 3(1)(r)(s)(w)(i)(ii) and 2(va) of SC/ST (POA) Act and Section 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that notices were issued on the O.P. No.2, but then she chooses not to appear despite notice being served validly as would manifest from the office report dated 25.04.2024.

4. It is next submitted that co-accused Shashi Kumar has approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15703 of 2024(3) dt.26-04-2024 2/2 Misc. No.3337 of 2024 and the same was allowed by an order dated 12.02.2022 and the petitioner is seeking regular bail who is in custody since 10.01.2024.

5. The learned APP for the State opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the order dated 01.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.18201 of 2024, the petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge,VI-cum-Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Act, Auranbagad in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No.381 of 2023.

7. The application stands allowed.
