Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Karja Police Station Case No.267 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376, 380, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the Protection of Children from the Sexual Offences Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Muzaffarpur.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he ravished to the minor daughter of the informant. The victim has supported the allegation in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

After hearing the parties and considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above
