It appears that vide order dated 29.08.2022, the petition with respect to petitioner No. 2 has been dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioner No. 1 is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8, 12 of the Protection of Children From Sexual

It is a case of behaving indecently with the minor daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner No. 1 petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The thrust of accusation is not against the petitioner. The petitioner had no active role in the occurrence. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner No. 1 has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner No. 1, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Court, POCSO, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with POCSO P.S. Case No. 04 of 2019, arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 08 of 2019,
