Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the I.P.C and Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Two persons were apprehended from whose possession one country made pistol was recovered who named the petitioner as one of his associates who escaped from the scene.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the petitioner has been roped in the present case.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13119 of 2015 (2) dt.30-03-2015 2/2 surrenders within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur.

Accordingly the application is disposed off.
