JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is that on 05.12.2016 the informant had gone to Gaya Railway Station to drop his brother. When the informant get down to the bogie his brother informed him that his mobile was taken away by some unknown person He tried to search the mobile and found a person aged about 31 years started to flee away having mobile in his hand. On raising alarm that person was apprehended by G.R.P. personnel, who disclosed his name as Munna Kumar (petitioner) and on search mobile was recovered from his possession.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gaya Rail P.S.Case No. 336/16.
