The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act Submission is that allegation against the petitioner is that a mobile phone and Rs. 20,000/- was recovered from his possession whereas other recovery are alleged from possession of other persons. The petitioner has got a long list of criminal cases against him. He is in custody since 18.08.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12182 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 613 of 2018, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property.
