Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 302, 338 and 452 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that similarly situated co-accused Arun Sahni and others have already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.21888 of 2017. Considering the similarity of allegation which is general and omnibus, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the
