JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-03-2016 Writ application is dismissed because no government servant will be entitled to a bounty on whatever interpretation which is sought to be given now as an afterthought. The fact is that by virtue of Annexure-1, petitioners were granted extraordinary leave to obtain higher educational qualification and proficiency as ANMs. Annexure-1 is the order granting such permission which is dated 15.07.2008. Now after returning from training, they are looking for payment of salary and other allowances even for the period they have not rendered any service and any kind of work done under the State during the training period in another
Patna High Court CWJC No.6809 of 2014 dt.16-03-2016 2 / 2 institution where admission was obtained by the petitioners. Keeping in mind the stand of the State in the counter affidavit as well as the decisions so taken in terms of Annexure-1, this Court will not allow any bounty to any government servant by any kind of interpretation which is sought to be given. Writ is dismissed.
