Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No.02 of 2018 registered under Section 370 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that petitioner was apprehended while taking away eight minor boys to Surat for engaging them as child labour.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the case diary it has transpired that the parents of the boys consented for taking them to earn livelihood of the family, however petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2018 and has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12123 of 2018(3) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 circumstances, petitioner Raju Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM (Railway), Sonepur, Saran in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No.02 of 2018.
