JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 20.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67185 of 2018 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been in judicial custody since 06.06.2018 and now charge has also been framed and petitioner is ready to abide by any condition imposed on him for grant of bail. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12947 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 Nawada Town P.S. case No.379 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
