25-04-2016 The sole petitioner, invoking its inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has prayed for quashing of an order dated 03-04-2012 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Revilganj P.S. Case No. 60 of 2011. By the said order, the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance of offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. F.I.R. was lodged for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code. However, after investigation, police submitted chargesheet under Sections 341, 323, 325 & 504 of the Indian Penal Code. On perusal of the impugned order, it is evident that learned Magistrate, while taking cognizance, had examined number of paragraphs of the case diary, including the injury

Apparently, on going through the impugned order, I do not find any error warranting interference. The petition stands dismissed.
