This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 302, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute the petitioner allegedly assaulted with lathi at the head of the informant. There is no allegation of repetition of blow. The petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 117 of 2016 (Sessions Trial No. 99 of 2017) to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge, VII, Madhubani, or successor Court.
