Learned State Counsel informs that against the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4364 of 2015 (4) dt.10-02-2017 2/2 order of the District Teachers Appellate Authority, an appeal lies before the State Teachers Employment Appellate Tribunal, which is already functioning.

In view of facts and circumstances, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the State Teachers Employment Appellate Tribunal. It goes without saying that the period consumed in pursuing the present writ petition i.e. from 20.03.2015 till date shall be excluded, while considering the limitation matter.
