Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would approach respondent no.8 with copy of measurement book prepared in respect of work executed under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Scheme for the year 2006-2007 and 2007-2008 in Kalyanpur block; and for the year 2008-2009 and 2009-2010

Patna High Court CWJC No.4875 of 2016(2) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 inTetariya block in the district of East Champaran at Motihari for payment of 2.5% remuneration for the duty performed by him as technical supervisor.

In view of such submission since decision has to be taken by respondent no.8, this proceeding need not be kept pending.

Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent no.8 (The Assistant Engineercum- Officer-in-charge, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, East Champaran at Motihari).

It is needless to say that claim of the petitioner is to be considered by respondent no.8 in accordance with law by reasoned and speaking order and dues, if found admissible, be paid to the petitioner expeditiously and without undue delay and preferably within three months from the date of submission of claim of the petitioner supported by measurement book. Petitioner should submit his claim within four weeks from today.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
