The petitioner seeks bail in connection with GRP Patna P.S. Case No. 92 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370, 374/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 17 of Bonded Labour Act, Section 26 of Juvenile Justice Act and Section 3 of Child Act..

Allegedly, the petitioner was caught red handed when he was taking away three minor children from Saharsa to Jaipur without giving information to their parents to involve them in painting work as child labour. The allegation against the petitioner has been supported by the statements of the witnesses as contained in Para 15 and 16 of the case diary.

No.24560 of 2017 (2) dt.29-05-2017 2/2 In the facts and circumstances stated above, considering the allegation attributed against the petitioner, at present, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his such prayer stands rejected in connection with GRP Patna P.S. Case No. 92 of 2017. G.R. No. 157 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Railway, Patna. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within three months, failing which the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (S.
