JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-06-2020 Heard Ms. Aprajita, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Ms. Pushpa Sinha, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 34 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Near about 782 litre Indian made foreign liquor, kept in several bottles, was recovered from tractor and the petitioner and one co-accused were arrested on the spot. Petitioner is in jail custody since 24.1.2020 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.11181 of 2020(3) dt.08-06-2020 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Darbhanga/concerned court in connection with Bahera/P.S. Case No. 34/2020.
