(Law & Order), Nalanda, wherein it has been stated that the S.H.O., SC/ST P.S. Biharsharif, Nalanda, has already instituted an FIR bearing SC/ST P.S. Case No. 57 of 2023, dated 19.10.2023, against the C.O., Harnaut and other police personnel, whereupon a S.I.T. has been constituted and the investigation is being conducted and the charge-sheet shall be

The learned counsel for the Respondent-State has also referred to the supplementary counter affidavit, filed on behalf of the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, to submit that the encroachment in question has been completely removed, a fact which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
